Well we are just 2 days away from our 1st
Annual Customer Appreciation Day. Let’s hope the
weather cooperates, but we will be grilling rain or
shine.
We
will be sampling the delicious brews from Twisted Tea
this Thursday from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. In addition to
their original, peach, raspberry, and half & half they
have a new low carb light version as well. These are
delicious summer refreshers and are great with the
weather we’ve been having.
There will not be a wine tasting this Friday as we
prepare for Saturdays big event. It will kick off at 1
PM and end with a huge raffle at 4 PM. There will be
plenty of burgers, dogs and snacks to munch on. We have
several new beers and malternative beverages we will be
sampling for the 1st time. Miller Chill,
Kalik, Kalima Hawaiian Hard Creamers, Sebego Brewery
from Maine, Bacardi Mojito will be here to name just a
few.
On
the wine side we have Jaime, Tom, and for the guys out
there we have the Luna Di Luna Pink girl to pour the new
Pink Merlot. So as not to leave the ladies out Jaime
will be in a speedo and Tom will be in a grass hula
skirt with coconuts. They will have some great summer
wines to sample you on as well. Jaime will have Bex
Riesling, Chateau St. Michelle Rose & Dry Riesling,
Alomos Malbec, The Jibe Pinot Noir & Sauvignon Blanc,
and Cambria Pinot Noir. Tom will be pouring a delicious
new wine called Grand Pacific Starliner White & Red,
Casa Lapostolle Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Merlot,
and ending with Harveys Orange.
We
will have a ton of freebies to give away including
T-shirts, pint glasses, key chains, coasters, and
othercrap. The raffle will be huge as well with a Sam
Adams fire pit, basketball hoop, twin bud chairs with
umbrella, a ceramic chimenea, plus lots of other cool
stuff…ok and some cheap gag stuff too…
This
should be lots of fun and is our chance to thank you all
for being loyal Cork’s customers. I hope to see you all
there!
