Welcome to Cork’s weekly newsletter.  We will be tasting the Belgian brews from Affligem on Thursday, May 17th from 4:30 to 7:30 PM.  Kurt from Horizon Beverage will be pouring the Dubbel and Tripel traditional brews in the 750 ml cork finish style bottle. 

We also have the blonde ale that comes in 6-packs.  He will also sample you on the Small Beer from Anchor Steam.  As with all of our Thursday night beer tastings you will receive a 10 % discount on any beer that you try that night.

We are also introducing John from Trio Wines to our Friday night wine tasting lineup.  Trio is a brand new company for us with some outstanding wines that we will be featuring.  Bloom Riesling and Petals are delicious summer wines from the Mosel region of Germany. They come in a bright summer package with a screw cap to boot.  These wines are a steal at $8.99. 

Next up are the wines from X Winery in California.  We have a red blend called Red X that is a mix of Cabernet, Syrah, Merlot, and Petite Sirah. We will also sample a fabulous Pinot Noir from the Carneros region of Napa Valley.  This wine is unbelievable and worth stopping by for a taste.  You can learn more about these wines on our website (corksfinewine.com).
