We are just 2 days away from our 3^rd Annual Kickoff Beer Tasting.  This Saturday, September 15^th from 2 to 5 PM is the event.  Every time I think I have the list finished somebody else wants in.  At last count we have 124 beers for you to sample and over 30 different breweries represented!!  We will also have tables set up from the South Shore Brew Club, and 1 of the local home brew supply stores.

We’re going to tweak the raffle a little bit this time.  As you enter the store you will fill out your name on a piece of paper and it will go into a box.  The drawing will be right in the middle of the tasting at 3:30.  You MUST be present to win, but this way you don’t have to hang until the very end to find out you won a wicker reindeer.  The Bud Light/Redsox fridge, Sam Adams Golf Bag, and a Sam fire pit are just some of the items we will be giving away.

There won’t be any Thursday beer or Friday wine tastings as we prep the store for the big beer tasting on Saturday.  We will start them up the regular weekly tastings next week and run right through the holidays.

There will be plenty of snacks and pizza for everybody (though we have hired the Patriots film crew to help determine how the pizza disappears so quickly). We will have the Sox vs. the Yankees game on our big screen hi-def TV so u don’t have to worry bout missing it.  Don’t forget the Pats open up their home schedule Sunday night in Foxboro.  So this is a great opportunity to stock up for the big weekend.  There is updated info on the tasting lineup on the website so be sure to check it out (corksfinewine.com).  I hope to see everybody there!
