Well the autumn season is sure off to a great start.  The weather has been absolutely gorgeous if not downright summer like. The Sox are in the playoffs and about to clinch the division.  The Pats are undefeated and look to be the best team in football. 

Here at Cork’s we are just about 1 month away from our 3^rd Annual Grand Fall Wine tasting which is on Friday night, October 26^th from 5 to 8 PM.  We have a huge Oktoberfest beer display in the front of the store and a beautiful fall display as you walk in the store to celebrate the season as well.

Tonight’s beer tasting is with Brooklyn Brewery.  Patrick will be here to sample you on their outstanding beers. We have to start with their Pennant Ale to celebrate (a tad prematurely albeit) the Redsox clinching their 1^st division title in 12 years.  In the 2 hole is the Brown Ale.  Batting 3^rd is their Oktoberfest beer.  Hitting cleanup is the Post Road Pumpkin Ale.  You will get a 10 % discount of any of the Brooklyn beers you purchase tonight.

The weekend forecast sounds great as well so stop by and load up for the playoffs.  Don’t forget the Pats are on Monday Night Football this week so you have all day Sunday to get that yard work done, pick out your Halloween pumpkin, and enjoy this great fall weather.
