Tasting Guidelines & Suggestions
For those of you have been to
the Grand Tastings before, you know how it
works.
For those newbies out there,
here are some tips and suggestions for
making the most of your wine tasting
experience.

Bring your favorite wine glass.
We will provide mini wine glasses for
you which are a step up from our usual
plastic tasting cups. But they are
still very small and not the greatest.
With your own glass, you can sniff,
swirl and taste just like you would at
home and not have to worry about dousing
the person next to you.

Pick
up a listing of the wines when you enter
There will be a
number in the upper right hand corner.
This is your number for the night which
is important for two reasons:
1. As you try the wines, you'll find
some that you'll like and want to
purchase. Tell the sales rep your
number. They will put a sticker on
the bottle and put it aside for
you. Cork's will provide runners
who will scoop up your favorites and
put them in a box up front for you.
